Cordyceps militaris is a Chinese herb with a variety of health benefits, and is often used to make tea to boost immunity and stamina. 

Cordyceps militaris tea can be combined with a variety of herbs and ingredients, the following are some common Cordyceps militaris tea combinations and their effects:


### Common Cordyceps Flower Tea Pairings


1. **Cordyceps + Fructus Lycium barbarum

   - **Effects**: tonifying the liver and kidneys, benefiting the essence and improving eyesight.

   - **Practice**: Take appropriate amount of Cordyceps flowers and goji berries, brew with boiling water, simmer for 10 minutes and drink.


2. **Cordyceps Flower + Red Date** **Effective**: tonifies the vital energy and strengthens the liver and kidneys.

   - **Effects**: nourishes qi and blood, strengthens immunity

   - **Practice**: Take appropriate amount of Cordyceps flowers and red dates, brew with boiling water, simmer for 10 minutes and drink. 

Red dates can be cut in advance for better release of nutrients.
