Qinghai Daily Client, May 11, In order to give full play to the role of demonstration and leadership,
accelerate the transformation and upgrading of agricultural trade,
help high quality and high efficiency of agriculture,
the countryside is livable and workable, and farmers are rich and affluent,
recently, the General Office of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs issued the ‘Notice on the High-quality Development Base of Agricultural International Trade in 2021’ (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Notice’).
On the basis of provincial recommendations, expert evaluation, comprehensive comments and publicity, it was decided to recognise 115 bases as agricultural international trade high-quality development bases,
and to include 13 bases in the management system of international trade bases.
Among them, Qinghai New Armour Industry Co., Ltd. was selected as the first batch of agricultural international trade high-quality development base list.
The NoticAe pointed out that the local agricultural and rural departments should focus on expanding agricultural exports, improve international competitiveness of the overall goal, focus on improving the base subject to apply overseas market standards, make good use of trade rules,
build international brands, the ability to open up the international market, and to do a solid and detailed export promotion of public services, to create a favourable environment for the development of the region's agricultural foreign trade.
At the same time, it has strengthened coordination with finance, commerce, customs, market supervision, finance, insurance and other departments to promote relevant policies and measures to the main body of the base, and to form a strong base to promote export synergy.
We should focus on summarising the typical practices explored in the construction of ITC bases, strengthening publicity and experience promotion, and organising foreign trade business training, observation and study, exchange and seminar activities in an orderly manner.
Strengthen the tracking service and guidance to the market main body of the ITC base, timely understanding and feedback on the foreign trade barriers and other problems encountered by the ITC base.
The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development will introduce special management methods in due course, carry out monitoring and evaluation of ITC bases, and establish a dynamic management mechanism of ‘in and out’.
