It is understood that the Xining Children's Welfare Institute was founded in 1998, covers an area of 45 acres, with 70 professional function rooms, is the city's only one set of rehabilitation, medical care, nursing, special education, social work as one of the integrated children's welfare institutions, caring for children with serious illnesses and disabilities up to 85 per cent of the rate of the province's orphaned children's home project created in Xining City.
Due to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, our company representatives were unable to meet with the special children. The Spring Festival greetings and blessings to the special children were conveyed by Teacher Wang of the welfare home.
