Chinese yam and barley raw fish soup

Method:

2. Soak the tangerine peel in clean water and scrape off the white flesh; crack a small piece of ginger, heat the pan, rub the ginger on the pan, add two tablespoons of oil, and when the oil is 60% hot, add the fish and fry until slightly yellow.


3. Boil the water in the clay pot, add the fried raw fish and other ingredients, boil over high heat, turn to medium and low heat and simmer for one and a half hours, add salt to taste.

Shepherd's purse tofu soup
